The fastest way to reach a real person is email. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days.
To help us help you faster, please include the email address tied to your account, the device and iOS or Android version you're using, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
Subscription & billing
Nibble starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is $49.99/year (about $4/month) or $9.99/month. You can cancel anytime.
How billing works
- Your subscription is purchased and managed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play). Tiny Anvil never sees your card number.
- If you don't cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the price you chose.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renew at any time.
How to manage or cancel
You manage your trial and subscription in your app store account settings, not inside Nibble:
- iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Nibble → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Nibble → Cancel subscription.
If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Restore Purchases
Got a new phone, reinstalled the app, or signed in again and don't see your subscription? Open Nibble and use Restore Purchases in the app's settings to re-link the subscription tied to your app store account.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Removing Nibble from your phone does not stop billing — your subscription will keep renewing through your app store account. To stop charges, you must cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings using the steps above.
Refunds
Because all payments are handled by the app stores, refund requests are processed by Apple or Google, not by Tiny Anvil. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, visit the Play Store order history. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Frequently asked questions
When can my baby start?
Most babies are ready around 6 months — and not before 4 — when they can sit with support, have good head control, and show interest in food. Nibble checks readiness before it builds a plan.
Is it safe to introduce peanut at home?
For most babies, yes — in a safe form (like thinned peanut butter), when they're well, earlier in the day, with you watching. If your baby has severe eczema or an egg allergy, Nibble will suggest looping in your pediatrician first.
Does Nibble give medical advice?
Nibble is an educational tool built on pediatric guidance — it helps you follow a plan and know when to seek care, but it never diagnoses. Your pediatrician is always your first call.
What does it cost?
A 7-day free trial, then $49.99/year — less than a single specialist visit. Cancel anytime.
Can my partner use it too?
Yes. Everyone who feeds your baby can share the same plan and reaction log, so no one's guessing.

Nibble is an educational tool built on pediatric guidance, including AAP and NIAID/LEAP recommendations. Following a personalized introduction plan may help reduce the risk of food allergy, but Nibble is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose any condition. Always talk to your own board-certified pediatrician about your baby, and if your baby ever has trouble breathing, swelling, or a serious reaction, call your local emergency number right away.
